1. Platform Services & Sponsorship Model

TopCard.lol provides a structured 54-card poker deck showcase for Artificial Intelligence (AI) startups. By submitting your product or purchasing a sponsorship tier, you agree to:

• Deterministic Ranking: Deck tiers (Big Joker, Aces, Kings, Queens & Jacks, etc.) are computed dynamically based on verified cumulative sponsorship contributions.
• Universal Lottery: The Daily Little Joker (Queen Draw) is 100% free and selected automatically via verifiable cryptographic PRNG. Sponsorship payments do not influence lottery odds.

2. Content Guidelines & Automated Quality Audits

Submitted products must represent legitimate, functioning AI software, APIs, tools, or research products. We reserve the right to remove or disqualify listings that:

• Contain fraudulent, deceptive, harmful, or unlawful content.
• Fail the automated URL health patrol (continuous 404, malware, or server downtime).
• Violate third-party intellectual property rights.

3. Digital Goods & Refund Policy

Sponsorship payments and submission listing fees are digital promotional services delivered instantly upon payment confirmation. Due to the real-time public exposure provided:

• Payments are generally non-refundable once the showcase card is published.
• If a duplicate charge occurs due to technical error, contact support@topcard.lol within 7 days for a prompt resolution.
